Tok needed to do her grocery shopping. So after Mak had confirmed with both Carrefour and Tesco that they provide the wheelchair, The Cucu brought Tok to Carrefour since Tok wanted to go there. The wheelchair that they had provided was in such a bad condition. The leg rest was broken (it was substituted with a PLASTIC BAG). One of the rubber wheel was gone. After getting Tok from the car, The Cucu pushed Tok down the walkalator (the lift wasn't functioning) and guess what? The Cucu and Tok slid down as though they were going down on a slide in the playground. In this case they were standing up and Tok happened to be in a wheelchair! The Cucu was petrified. Like HELL. What if The Cucu couldnt hold on to the wheelchair? What if Tok was thrown off the wheelchair and fell flat on her face? What if there were LOTS of people in front of us? Syukur Tok managed to shout at this lady and her kid in front to move. Obviously after that The Cucu was shaking. Mad. God. So many emotions were going jumbled up. The Cucu went back down to the customer service to complain (without Tok of course) and that stitoopid employee wasn't of any help. Grabed The Cucu's driving license and told her to get the f***ing wheelchair herself. When The Cucu got back to Tok, there was this man who happened to be working there offered his assistance (at that time we didn't know that he is the Customers Relation Division Manager). The Cucu couldnt contain her emotions any longer and just burst. Cried. So before they left, The Cucu said thank you. Oh and also, "Please do something about it and tell that girl in customers service to be more polite. She had this facial expression where people feel like SLAPPING her"


So many things to say. So many emotions to let out. But this is all that i could. It's just hard to explain unless u were in my shoes. Couldn't help but to think of what would had happened if it was an old man pushing his wife down that walkalator in that wheelchair.
